You can select Russia as your study destination if you are looking for low tuition countries. Bangladeshi students are getting chance to study in Russia after the liberation war, through memorandum of understanding between the two countries. You can go for studying Honors, Masters and PHD courses.

The interesting thing is, the tuition fee is really cost effective compared to other countries and you don’t need any TOEFL and IELTS score to apply. Russian universities offer Science, Arts and Business studies related subjects and academic time for Honors is 4 years, Masters is 2 years and for specialized degree it’s 5 to 6 years.

Admission time and Academic Year
Academic years are divided into two. One starts from September and Another is from February. There have some vacation after seminar (Two weeks in January and 6 weeks in July and August).
You can only work during your vacation time.
Tuition fee of Russian university is relatively low compared to other countries. For Science department- Tuition fee is around $ 2500 to $ 7500. For Arts department- $ 2800 to $ 6200 and For business studies department tuition fee starts from $ 4000 and it’s up to $ 6200.
The tuition fee is even lower for the universities out of Moscow, the capital city of Russia. To get admission in Russian university by your own expense, you must have at least 60 to 70 marks.
Foreign students get hostel facilities in University; it costs $ 450 t0 $ 2500 per year.

You can contact to Russian science and cultural center in Dhaka for any kind of university admission related information. They organize university admission related seminars on the last day of January from July at 4 pm.
Russian government often offers scholarship for Bangladeshi students. The related announcement can be found on Education Ministry’s website as well as via national newspapers. Students who achieve 80% mark can apply for scholarship.
You can also apply for scholarship by getting yourself admitted to Russian Science and Cultural Center’s Russian Language learning course. Admission for the course starts from January and it continues in April, July and October.
